I- Planks and Cellulite :

A great exercise that guarantees greater results. Plank tones the muscles in your core and help reduce the appearance of cellulite.

Here is how you can do it:

-Start in a push-up position facing the floor

-Stretch your arms under your shoulders and engage your core muscles

-Lower your body down and let your forearms touch the floor

-Hold that position for 30 to 60 seconds, or until you feel like you’re about to lose the form

-Repeat the exercise and each time, try to hold your position for longer.

II- Dumbbell Exercise :

Dumbbells of 1 kg can take the exercise to a whole other dimension. Here is How:

– Stand with your legs shoulder-width apart

-Lean forward with legs straight and back straight

-Let your arms hang below your upper body

-Slowly straighten up

-Repeat several times with dumbbells in hand

You can also practice squats with the same dumbbell, as that exercise is quite effective for Cellulite.

III- Lateral position :

This kind of exercise is very similar to the plank. Let’s see how it is done:

-Stand on one of your sides, supported by your elbow and forearm.

-Bend the lower knee

-Raise the top leg as much as possible, keeping it long and straight

-Hold that position for a few seconds

-Now slowly Return it to the floor.

-Repeat the exercise for 10 reps

-Switch sides and do the same thing

Finally, before doing these few exercises, it is necessary to start by stretching each time or a small warm-up, so as not to injure yourself. Also, try to adopt some of the below-mentioned habits, simply because the combination of healthy habits and physical exercise will fasten the process towards a perfectly smooth cellulite-free body.

– Make sure your diet is rich in fruits, vegetables, and lean protein

– Get enough sleep as lack of sleep contributes to the development of cellulite

– Stay hydrated to flush toxins right out. (10 glasses of water a day)
