Homemade Spice Mix for Savory Roasted Vegetables

A good spice mix for roasted vegetables adds color, aroma and balance without hiding the taste of the vegetables.

This blend works with potatoes, carrots, zucchini, onions, peppers and many seasonal vegetables.

Ingredients for one small jar

  • 2 tablespoons sweet paprika
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
