Super Moist Chocolate Yogurt Cake for Everyday Baking

This chocolate yogurt cake is rich, soft, and very easy to make. Yogurt keeps the crumb moist while cocoa and melted chocolate bring a deeper flavor that makes the cake especially comforting.

Ingredients

  • 1 pot plain yogurt, about 125 g
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 pot sugar
  • 1/2 pot neutral oil
  • 2 pots all-purpose flour
  • 30 g cocoa powder
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 100 g melted dark chocolate
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

How to make it

Whisk the eggs, sugar, and yogurt together until smooth. Add the oil, vanilla, and melted dark chocolate, then mix again.
