2. Step-by-step Instructions

2.1 Sterilize Your Jars

Boil jars and lids for 10 minutes or run them through a hot dishwasher cycle.

2.2 Prep the Asparagus

Wash the asparagus and trim the bottoms so they stand upright in the jars.
